A Full Party Experience
While pioneers like Melvor Idle distilled the solo loop, Corpse Run idle evolves the genre into an intricate party management simulation.
Returning to the roots of classic 90s CRPGs*, you don't fight alone. You command an entire roster across an entire game world: coordinate your Tank's aggro, manage your Healer's mana pool, assign a dedicated Puller, and keep your Looter alive as you automate complex combat behaviors across a treacherous wilderness.
2.5D Depth, Pure Retro Aesthetic
Idle games don't need to look like accounting software. Corpse Run idle moves beyond static 2D menus into a rich, layered 2.5D world.
Showcasing completely refreshed, bespoke traditional high-fantasy visual art bursting with vibrant color, our perspective gives camps, dungeons, and roving encounters real spatial depth. Watch heroes clash with villains and hold the line in living environments, lit by dynamic torchlight and spell effects.

Consequences Have Returned
Over-pull, neglect your crowd control, or wander into a high-tier zone before your squad is geared, and the world will remind you where you stand.
Death isn't a hand-wave or a quick stat reset. When your party wipes, your fallen characters must make the brutal trek back to their corpses to rejoin the fray. It brings authentic high-stakes tension back to the idle RPG space.

No paths to follow
There's no glowing arrow telling you where to go. Corpse Run idle brings back the classic open world, work a zone, and let your party's curiosity or greed lead the way.
Every location hides its threats and its rewards behind thresholds you have to earn. Certain areas will require skills to navigate. Swimming, picklocking, tracking; skills become important.
Loyal Companions, Real Combat Roles
Your party doesn't have to face the wilds alone. Recruit and train companion pets who fight and grow alongside your roster—each with its own combat behavior.
A good pet is a force multiplier. A great one is the difference between a clean pull and a corpse run.

The World Fights Back
Blizzards bite, heatwaves punish, and pitch darkness throws off your aim. Environmental hazards aren't set dressing—they're another layer of tactics you have to gear around.
Dynamic weather rolls across every zone in real time, reshaping the fight before your party ever swings a weapon.
Guild Management & Epic Raids
You're not limited to a single roster. Run multiple parties and characters under one banner, each pulling their own weight, funneling gear, resources, and glory back into a guild that outlasts any one adventurer.
At launch, that guild strength gets put to the test. Epic raids bring encounters no single party can survive alone—ancient dragons, fallen gods, and creatures built to demand every party you've raised, working the fight together.

Challenge Yourself, Your Way
Prefer to go it alone? Take on the wilds with a single character instead of a full roster. Want the stakes even higher? Permadeath mode is there for players who want every decision to matter.
There are many ways to enjoy yourself in Corpse Run idle, we hope you have fun.

Purpose-Built Engine: Zero Bloat
Generalist game engines carry too much baggage. We moved away from these one size fits all engines to architect a bespoke, proprietary engine built directly on Mono.
By engineering our own lightweight C# framework tailored specifically to our simulation loop, tick rates, and layered systems, Corpse Run idle runs lightning-fast with near-zero overhead. Clean memory management, rock-solid stability, and pure performance focused entirely on the game.

*CRPG was an acronym for Computer RolePlaying Games as opposed to console rpgs. The console hardware limitations in the 80s and 90s prevented them from having the depth present in CRPGs of the time.
